How to share Amazon Prime Video with your family

Amazon Prime Video allows you to share your Prime Video membership with up to four members of your family. The member with whom you share your Prime membership will not be able to enjoy all the benefits of amazon prime video. But they will get all the important ones like Prime Video, Prime Now, Prime Shipping, Prime Fresh, discounts, and more. You need to follow some quick and easy steps to share your Amazon Prime Video account with your family within a few minutes.

Steps to share Amazon Prime Video with your family

Following are the steps to share your Amazon Prime Video account with your family members;

Step 1: Open your Amazon Prime Video on your device. Make sure it is registered at amazon.com/mytv.

Step 2: Further click on the “Menu” button and then select the “Account” option.

Step 3: Click on the “Manage your household” option available in the settings. You’ll see a screen will open in front of you with options to add a teen, adult, and a child here.

Step 4: Select the option like if you want to add an adult then click on “Add an Adult”. Now enter the name and email of the person with which you want to share your Amazon account. Further click on “continue”.

Step 5: On the next screen you need to agree to the terms and conditions share the membership with your account and also to share the benefits of your Prime Membership. Click on the “Agree and continue” button.

Step 6: On the next screen you need to select the elements that you want to share with your family and then click on the “Continue” button.

Step 7: In this final step you need to share the invite with the family members and they have to accept the invite within 14 days to access the shared prime video account.
